AFM and Xero have an agreement where AFM sends direct feeds populated with transactions from your AFM account directly into your Xero organisation on a regular basis.
AFM only provides one direct feed per bank account, so the feed can only be connected to one bank account in Xero.
Once your direct feed is connected, statement lines will appear in your general ledger bank account in Xero ready for you to reconcile.
please see below on how to set up Xero Bank Feeds.

Australia Post Cheque Cashing Facility - Authority Form
AFM has an agreement in place that will allow Parishes to cash cheques at any Australia Post office that provides Bank@Post facilities.
This service assists Parishes and Anglican entities who require cash for petty cash or fundraising days. Simply take your cheque to an Australia Post office who will cash a cheque up to the approved limit nominated by authorised signing authorities.
Please fill in the Australia Post Cheque Cashing Authority to AFM once complete.
